We want you to be satisfied when you shop with us. However, occasionally we know that you may want to return a product. As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the consumer protection within seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the products.
The ‘Cooling Off Period’ clause only applies if you are a consumer and does not apply to business customers.
We do not charge a restocking fee for non-sealed (new) goods returned wthin the cooling off period. However both outbound and return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Before it has been dispatched:- Please contact us immediately on 01254 878 801 to ensure the goods are not dispatched.
After it has been dispatched:- Simply login to your account and view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the ‘My Account’ menu.
From this page you can see the ‘Return Item’(s) button and complete the RMA Form to process your return.
