There are some processors within the Scalable Family that are not compatible with Windows 11. Should you require Windows 11, please select a CPU outside of the "Not Windows 11 Compatible" list.
Each processor requires a Heatsink and they are automatically added to your configuration as required for your processor selection.
The HP Z6 G4 memory cooling solution is required on all builds to provide adequate system cooling and maintain low operating noise.
A NVMe SSD drive can offer up to 6x faster speeds than a SATA SSD and is recommended for your primary drive.
The Intel VROC key is required for RAIDing NVMe SSDs only. NVMe SSDs can be used without the VROC key but cannot be put into a RAID array.
This system has two drive bays. For the best performance we suggest using a NVMe SSD or a Solid State Drive (SSD) as your primary drive and, if additional storage is required, further additional SSDs or HDDs.
Caddy(s) are automatically added to configuration if required for selected drive(s). System ships with no caddies included as standard, if you plan to install drives you must select caddy(s).
This system has no onboard graphical output. If you are not planning to install your own graphics card, you will have to select one of the available options below.
Graphics cards with DMS-59 connections will require a 'DMS-59 to VGA Splitter' with your configuration (you can select this below if required). You can then plug in a VGA/DVI cable into the splitter.
If you have selected a 'Chassis' with 'Windows 10' in the title and selected a HDD or SSD your system will come with Windows 10 already installed. However, if you have selected no HDD/SSD you will only receive a 'COA' so you can authenticate your own Windows installation. If you need Windows 10 but have not selected a 'Chassis' option with Windows 10 in the title, you will need to select one of the below options.
Every workstation has an integrated 1GbE RJ-45 port for connection with your router/network, additional >2GbE options are available, but not required, for professionals on high-speed networks that need an ultra-fast connection. Wi-Fi options are available for individuals who cannot plug directly into their routers.
