We buy only high quality enterprise and business class equipment from trusted, vetted suppliers. The equipment we refurbish comes from working environments such as end of lease contracts, data center relocations and corporate office refreshes. These systems are all in perfect working condition having often sat in climate controlled rooms for their entire working life. 2. Handling
All pre-owned servers, workstations, PCs and laptops are carefully transported back to our base to be passed through our refurbishment process. Every machine is cleaned inside and out, thoroughly tested and then disassembled down to component level before being added to our live, website-synced inventory system and securely stored in one of 10,000 warehouse locations.

The resulting vast array of computer systems, spare parts and components on our shelves allows us to offer unrivalled availability and pricing on everything from Intel Xeon CPUs and HP memory to Dell server hard drives and Qlogic network cards. Our ecommerce integrated assembly process ensures that your exact specification can be picked, assembled and pass through quality control with maximum efficiency. Whereby a custom configured HP or Dell server will often take 2 weeks to be delivered from the manufacturer, our in-stock offering can be built and dispatched in less than half the time, at less than half the price. With over two decades of experience in building custom servers, workstations and PCs, we’ve accumulated the time honoured knowledge and skills, passed down to each one of our expert technicians to ensure a precise and professional build with multi-point checks and close attention to detail. Every system is carefully assembled on-site in Lancashire by our trained specialists, with all materials handled in an ESD environment for maximum protection.
5. Extensive Quality Testing
Both custom build systems and individual components are submitted to rigorous testing using a combination of our own proprietary testing software along with the original OEM diagnostics where appropriate. All our refurbished business class systems and components have had the benefit of real-world usage in production environments, when combined with both inbound and outbound testing at our facility we have a level of assurance in the product that even new components cannot compete with.
