The R330 supports DDR4, PERC9, the integrated Dell Remote Access Controller 8 (iDRAC8), and an Intel Xeon E3 series CPU. The R330 consists of four DIMM slots, supporting 4x 16GB DDR4 RAM, and two PCI Express (PCIe) slots.
