Credit Cards
We accept the following payment methods:

Card payments are processed by Stripe. The fields provided on our checkout page where you can enter your card details are hosted by Stripe, ensuring your card details never enter our system but are sent directly to Stripe.

PayPal Express Checkout & PayPal Credit
When you select PayPal as the payment method for your order, you will be prompted to log in to confirm your payment.
The PayPal button on our checkout page is hosted by Braintree, a PayPal company. This ensures that customers are always taken to the genuine PayPal sign-in page. You can verify our association with Braintree here.
Bank Transfer
As bank transfer payments are not received immediately, this payment method is available for orders over £200. For orders under £200, customers with a prior purchase history, those located in countries where we do not accept credit card payments, or those with mitigating circumstances preventing card payments can request to pay via Bank Transfer.
To request bank transfer payment, please create an account on our site and then contact our support team through the Contact Us page.
The following conditions must be met when paying via bank transfer:
- Your payment confirmation receipt must be received within 24 hours of placing the order, and funds must be received in full within 72 hours.
- All sender and intermediary bank charges must be covered by the sender. Our bank must receive the total order amount in full and in the currency in which the order was placed.
Please note that stock is not secured or reserved until we receive cleared funds. Orders unpaid after 72 hours will be cancelled. Providing that you accept the use of cookies on our site, your shopping cart will remain intact while we enable your account for bank transfer payment.
Public Sector Purchase Orders
We are happy to accept purchase orders from all UK public sector organisations. To purchase by PO, please create an account on our site before contacting our support team to validate your account.

EU Intra-Community VAT
EU VAT registered customers shipping outside of the UK can register their VAT number to purchase Ex VAT. You must ensure that you are registered before completing your purchase, as we will not refund paid VAT.

All transactions require 3D Secure authentication, and we only use PCI-compliant third-party payment processors to handle payments. Bargain Hardware does not have access to your payment information.
