The entire Apollo 2000 Gen10 series, the R2800 being the apex of the generation, is designed for density and efficiency. Housing up to four 1U half-width XL170r Gen10 blades, which provide you with up to eight Intel Xeon Scalable Gen-2 processors per Apollo system totalling a massive 208 core potential per 2U of space. 16 DIMM slots per blade, with the ability to equip up to 2TB of DDR4 ECC Registered RAM, and a range of RAID selections including high-spec 12Gbps SAS3 controllers with blazingly fast read/write times. Flexibility being a core focus of the Apollo series means you gain access to FLOM slots, with options of 1GbE, 10GbE and 40GbE network connectivity, as well as two half-height PCIe 3.0 slots. Integrated lights out 5 (iLO5) handles remote management and a dedicated SUV port per node allows for hands-on connectivity.

The Apollo node servers shared housing ensures efficiency. Platinum rated 'Flex Slot' power supplies keep your nodes up and running, additional hot-plug components such as nodes, fans and caddies minimize downtime and inconvenience. Each node works completely independently allowing for mixed blade configurations and management per each individual blade depending on your requirements.
