Our return to base warranties are applicable to orders received after December 31st 2023*, within the UK and EU. Your warranty begins form the date you receive the product(s).
*For orders received before December 31st 2023, our 1 year Return to Base warranty is applicable to all Configured Systems, consumer PCs and Laptops, Switches and Storage arrays.
Servers & Workstations - Quality tested complete built to order systems: Our complete built to order servers and workstations are supplied with a free standard 3-Year parts & labour RTB (return to base) warranty. This covers all components excluding HDDs, SSDs, Batteries and GPUs. HDDs, SSDs, Batteries and GPUs are covered with a 1-year RTB warranty as standard.
Laptops & PCs: Laptops and PCs over £1000/€1200 (ex VAT) are supplied with a free standard 3-Year parts & labour RTB (return to base) warranty. This covers all components excluding HDDs, SSDs, Batteries and GPUs. HDDs, SSDs, Batteries and GPUs are covered with a 1-year RTB warranty as standard.
Laptops and PCs under £1000/€1200 (ex VAT) are supplied with a free standard 1-Year parts & labour RTB (return to base) warranty. (Excluding Batteries). Batteries are covered by a 90 day return to base warranty.
Switches: Switches are supplied with a free standard 3-Year parts & labour RTB warranty.
Monitors: Monitors are supplied with a free standard 1-Year parts & labour RTB warranty.
Storage Arrays: All our storage arrays are quality tested and supplied with a 3-Year Return To Base warranty (excluding drives) within the EU, beginning from the date you receive the product(s). Drives are supplied with a 1-Year Return To Base warranty.
Components & non-complete system parts: Components & non-complete system parts are supplied with a standard 90-day RTB warranty.
During the warranty period we will provide support via phone, email and live chat. Whereby troubleshooting is unable to resolve your issue we will issue an RMA number and request that you return the part or system back to us for testing and replacement.
Return shipping costs and safe transport are the responsibility of the customer. You must obtain an RMA number from our support desk before returning any products, and display this number clearly on the outside of your packaging.
We will repair and/or replace the product(s) and dispatch them back to you within 7 working days of receipt.

Faulty, Incomplete or Incorrect Orders & Warranty Issues
If you have a problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible with your order/invoice number and a description of the issue. We accept that mistakes and problems can always occur but we will endeavour to get any issue resolved for you immediately.
If you have received goods which are damaged in transit or missing components you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

If we are unable to resolve your issue through remote troubleshooting and assistance then you will be issued with an RMA number to return the goods to us.
Cancellation & 'Cooling-Off Period'
Should you wish to cancel your order, please make sure to notify us immediately, before the order is sent to our warehouse. In this case we will provide a full refund to your payment method without charge.
If your order has already been sent for assembly and dispatched then as a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the consumer protection within fourteen working days, beginning on the day after you receive the product(s).
The ‘Cooling Off Period’ clause only applies if you are a consumer and does not apply to business customers.
We do not charge a restocking fee for refurbished goods, returned in the same condition they were dispatched, within the cooling off period. Return shipping costs and safe transport are the responsibility of the customer.
